Generally yes, and if you have a large order in the future we can allocate stock for you. We also provide a service to attach letterbox numbers to save you time.

• We use aluminium for all our letterbox casings which is powder coated. This is an excellent material that doesn’t rust.
• Our doors and panels are made from a durable aluminium and plastic laminate called ACM which has UV resistance from fading for five years.

Our Urban back-opening model in full black is our top seller! Add a black pole and silver numbers for a compact style delivered.

As we produce our letterboxes right here in Christchurch and use local suppliers – we generally have all models on hand. If not, we can produce your special colour combination within two days.

After designing letterboxes for over two decades – yes, our letterboxes are waterproof!

We hand make them from quality materials so you can enjoy your letterbox for a long time.

We think it’s crucial to receive important A4 documents in good condition, so all our letterboxes are designed for A4 mail. Some are smaller than others though! Our Urban model is the most compact.

Wipe it down with warm water and a cloth or try a little methylated spirits for anything too stuck-on, and your letterbox will look new again.

Not currently, yet the design team are considering some options.

• We can build groups of letterboxes for you in 1-4 weeks, depending on our order workload.
• Please enquire directly with us so we can allocate stock, advise the transportation schedule to your location and give you an accurate lead time.

Please enquire directly to discuss the details of your project and we can arrange a quote which can include freight and pre-attaching all the letterbox numbers. You may like to consider matching the letterbox numbers with your apartment door numbers.

Some models can have a custom powder coated casing and the panel and door colour range is available to view on the product pages of our website.

• These are black or silver exterior laminate and can be in our font or from a file that you supply. Please contact us for more information.

We try to offer a range to meet most situations. Currently the lead time and cost is prohibitive to offer custom designs.

• We have a distributor in the United States and can quote international shipping for delivery to other countries.

Yes! Let us know the details of your replacement keys on our website and we can replace these for $30.00. Take care to not send them to your locked letterbox!

• Yes! Just let us know in advance of ordering – this can be great for rental properties.
• The production of a padlock-able letterbox is a custom order, please allow an additional week to produce.

• If the lock hasn’t been used for some time, it may need some lubrication with WD40 or CRC lubricant.
• If the lock has been vandalised, we can arrange a replacement lock. Email [email protected] to discuss the details.

We can supply replacement doors for most models – email us some photos and details, and we can price this up for you.

This is our very own typography designed in-house by Nicholas and Kelly Hall.

• No – our numbers come with an exterior-grade adhesive ready to peel and stick on.
• Give the surface a clean with some methylated spirits, line them up and press down well. Press again the next day as the adhesive cures over twelve hours.

Yes! We can arrange this for you, let us know if you have any preference on the number placement.

Yes – however due to the textured surface of timber and leaching of oils from stains we would recommend using suitable glue alongside the peel and stick adhesive.

Yes! We have a small Aluminium sign that fits neatly along the trim of our letterboxes above the posting slot – the ‘ADDRESSED MAIL ONLY THANKYOU’ – available here.

We do have an installer to recommend for the Christchurch area - contact us and we can provide this information.

• Installation information is available on our website and on the cardboard sleeve of your letterbox.
• The Urban, Metro or Designer models are pre-drilled to fit our quality Aluminium poles.
• Our poles come with supplied fixings. You will need quick-set concrete and have a level, crescent, and tape measure handy.
• Some models can be side-mounted, wall-mounted or are created specifically to go behind the fence! The position of your letterbox at your place will help decide which letterbox model would suit you best.

• All our poles come with stainless steel fixings to suit the four mounting holes.
• The Wall-Mounted and Behind-the-Fence models are supplied with Stainless-steel fixings to suit a timber fence.

We offer solutions for apartment complexes through to townhouses as we can manufacture letterboxes as complete joined units. Please contact us for information and quotes.

• You can drill your own holes in the side of the Urban or Designer letterbox casing to side-mount onto your wall or fence. Keep the door hinge point clear to allow movement.
• The Wall-Mounted and Behind-the-Fence letterboxes are supplied predrilled ready to attach to your fence or wall.
